Update

Finally pulled the carby down, all I could find was one very small drop of water in the bottom of the bowl half the size if a match head, and I could not see through the pilot jet, although I could not detect what the blockage was! All seems well now. :D

Tried to ride an old yamaha 100 ag bike up an irrigation drain, stalled half way up and used the clutch as a brake going back down backwards (other brakes didn't work), ended up halfway up the other side on my arse when the motor fired up in reverse =D>

Hard starter

Hello

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing my 25+ year old TS 250 suzuki with a genuine 2100 k's on the clock (yes! genuine ) to sometimes not want to start with the kick starter? It normally is a one kick wonder. Give it a bump start and it almost starts before the clutch is out ...
