Pacific Park is probably your closest club, if you go out there on a weekend there are always plenty of Trials riders to ride with and show you around. All the guys there are very welcoming especially Dave the owner. - Hope this helps

Cheers guys for a great morning ride and some challenging sections, I took a few pics with my mobile I'll post up when I get a chance. Also, big thanks to Richo for letting us use his land, it was great for us to get some practice in a bit closer to home

I used to buy it local but it is now around $70 per meter, so I now get it from hobby king at around $25. It is pretty much like using fibreglass but you have to pay attention to the finish and quality of you mould. And if using poliester resin it really needs clear coating- I use two-pack.

I wanted to protect both of the side engine casings, especially the left side that gets scuffed from changing gear, so I though I'd make a few carbon fibre protectors and while I was at it, I made some for the swingarm, exhaust and frame - now I just have to find the time to make fork protectors...
