You may get better torque in second gear as the bike will have less revs.

It may be a trail bike and not a trial bike, as pointed out if it has been registered then you can ride on the road, dirt roads providing they are not on private property.

Apart from the sections the bike also plays a big part in starting off in trials as a TY250 is nothing like a Beta 250, the main factors are weight and power also the rider weight can play a significant part.

The last MA job advert was $75 K a year so I suppose they have to justify their existence....
Perhaps a few more clubs should form along the lines of SQTA as its very friendly with no crap and for me it was affordable, at the time I looked at MA pricing and like a lot more people I could not ...

I use to ride but never joined the MA because of all the fee's, I thought why pay to keep someone in a job.
Really what do they do it's clubs who should be getting the money as they do all the hard work....what is needed is a lot more clubs like SQTA where you can ride for the day without emptying ...
