Hi All,

Im looking for the left hand side crank case for a TY250B. Mine has a crack through the bottom of it and need a replacement to polish up.

Doesn't have to be in perfect condition, just something i can put some time into to clean up without painting it.

Thought I would post some photos of my ty250 project. Have currently dismantled everything and stripped the frame. The frame is now finished with primer colour and clear coat. Im looking forward to painting the tank and cleaning the rest of the bike up.

Need help with a few items though ...

I have now adjusted the freeplay as you suggested and seems to be working a lot better, however ill take it for a ride tomorrow and check it out. I used a 2stroke specific oil for wet clutched, cant remember the name off the top of my head though..

All seems to be working alright now, although it only engages when the clutch is almost let out fully. This should just be a minor cable/ level adjustment right?

I have put it back together and getting some friction. I will have to do some minor adjustments tomorrow but I think I will be fine with the existing one.

Hi All,

when pulling apart my clutch the inner basket pressure bolt holes had some damage. When I went to reassemble one cracked completely.

Does anyone have another basked they would be willing to part with?
I have looked all over ebay etc and cant second hand or after market items.

I did take note of the way each plate came off and put them back in the same position. The main pressure plate just doesn't seem to be getting enough pressure.
