Hi Andrew,
You can always get a blank flat sprocket machined and drilled to suit with a spacer behind, only problem with that is every time you change a sprocket you have to do it all again, and not to mention "the look" of course?

Re: KT250 resto...help appreciated
Hi
Im still around, still have some hub/sprocket adaptors,
These are CNC machined High Tensile Aluminium
Depending on your shocks you may have to add about a 4mm spacer behind the lower eye due to the wider 520 chain
$79 + Post ($6 in a post bag)
Im on the Gold Coast if anyone wants pick up

Re: Show us a picture of your Twinshock
Yow Scorps
Looks like the Beamish is sitting in the UK with the wooden garage and paving slabs.
you're going to need a big air mail bag??
What sort of cost is that to get over?
Or is that top secret info?
Nice bike though,my mate had one in the day

Re: rust in tank
Check out the info in twinshock- KT250 resto, it tells you all about tank rust in the KT and how to recoat the inside.
Put an inline filter in if you havnt already,I have one in my KT which has a bit of rust coming through, reverse flush every so often, its never been a problem for me.
