Both nameplates for Clubman and Juniors are white. As for the other request my number is 0412071787 give me a call and Ill give you a couple options to get you and the young bloke up to speed.

As above, Renthal soft or medium trials grips, I have a pair of MOTS and HEBO gloves. Both are very good, as David said your gloves need to be a really good fit and need to be broken in so the gloves form to your hands properly. Just like you do with new boots, helmet. Hands will toughen up over time.
