Well so far the trials bike is requiring considerably less maintenance than my old enduro bikes. So when one of those days rolls around where i desperately want to do something with the bike but cant ride it for some reason i probably wont mind pulling out the files and ...

It sounds like, at least for now, i shouldn't need to worry to much about it. I'm just trying to be as prepared as possible.
That's an interesting point about the clutch drag and it being a beta issue. I'll give the bouncing a go, to see how that works. Again ...

G'day all,
I’ve just taken the plunge into trials riding and so far, I’m really loving it. In NSW most of the clubs start up in March and I’m excited to get stuck in to it and meet some other riders.
