i am aware of the owners manual on the sherco website but i need a service manual

I am getting into trails (i have been riding enduro/trail riding for the last 12 years)
I am looking at buying a bike im wanting a 125 because i am under 18,
but its really had to find any 125cc bikes but theres a lot of 80cc bikes
should i get a 80cc or 125cc?
(i am 6foot and i weigh 52k gs ...
