Re: Sherco 320 power
It's a big motor...A tuned OKO of the correct size is successful at taming it, but the top end WOT power will be weaker but you'll get good smooth tractable torque at low engine rpms without the big power surge..

Re: TY250A Carby - Mikuni Upgrade
Seems odd that more than one person experiences the same tuning issue with same model carb on same model bike especially when thats what the bike had from onset.
If we had a second hand roundslide PE K series carb we'd lend that to you for testing but unfortunately we don't. ..they're not a fussy ...

We have inexpensive replacement round and flatslide carburettors that would improve the throttle response and overall rideability of the Mont..

Re: TLR Carbie
guesswho - any comments re the airbox to carb arrangement with that kit? would also be interested to hear if the angled coupling (looks like a piece of radiator hose) that goes at the front sufficiently supports the weight of the carb. Bit concerned it (carb) may bounce around..

Re: TLR Carbie
OKO Australia don't sell a 'kit' for the TLR..only a few components eg. manifold, carburettor, throttle cable. That’s only 50% of the conversion. Considering an airbox modification is a necessity (unless you plan on riding at dust and water free locations), supply and demand does not warrant ...

Re: TLR Carbie
The carb kit pictured is from B&J racing in the US, but I was told by OKO Aus that they can help with a kit for the TLR, however when I asked for further details they were unable to help.
FM350 - what was the nature of the further details you asked for?

Re: Flatslides on Twinshocks
let me throw a 'curve ball' here
the Keihin PWK28 and the OKO Flatslide are not actually pure flatslides
