Bike Loan / Rental in Canberra?

My son got a call late yesterday & has been accepted to do the MA Trials training at AIS in Canberra starting 6pm Sun 18th - Tues 21st may.
So now I'm trying to figure the logistics & costs of getting him & his bike to Canberra.
Flying & Freighting vs Driving & Trailering etc.
So currently ...

Re: Vine Inn Barossa - 2007 Aussie Titles

Just a quick update form the secretary's desk...

For those who have entered... have a think.... did you read your supp regs? PROPERLY??? Would be a shame to turn up at the Aussie Titles and have a penatly of 25 points added to your score BEFORE YOU EVEN START just cos you didnt read your supp ...

How impressive is it though, when you watch a whole field of riders struggle with a section, then just one rider spots a "smarter" line and cleans it. Obviously everyone else copies on the next lap, but providing the rules are followed, what's wrong with that?

That's prob my point. Just ...

It doesn't really matter how you read the sections just as long as you ride your markers....
just remember next time you read a section, just think that you can only see your markers......

Bit hard to describe in text, but lets say we have 2 markers Y & Z.
Y is closer to ...

So let me see if I have read & understood correctly.
You have invested X hrs disassembling and will need to spend approx X hrs putting back together. Your considering spending Y hrs "honing' a crank with a bush trick (interesting, but still a bit agricutural), then your going to run around getting ...

KYFU,

Great Answers Keith!

If I'm counting right this is the 2nd MA announcement re juniors in as about as many mths, that in effect means nothing to Trials & trials Juniors. No effect on trials = nothing to discuss, so just go riding, cool :-)

Junior 250cc 4t endorsement?

Can someone expand what is required / expected (of the coach & also the junior) in order to qualify for the 4T endorsement? Is the focus on the bigger motor & ability for jnr to handle power differences eg vs an 80 or 125 or 200, or is it about the skill differences 2T vs 4T ? if so how many ...

BJ,

The issue of the difficulty of the C line comes up every few years, and always follows the same format:
"C grade is too hard"
"OK, let's back it off a bit"
...which happens, and everyone is happy for a season or so.
And then it slowly creeps up in difficulty for about 2 years until the cycle ...
