Hi Nikki,
I'm pretty busy at the moment but will have plenty of time in a couple of months and will be keen to ride then.

Re: prevention of stolen bikes
I have a dog that doesn't like anyone and a wooden bat.
I avoid doing anything with my bikes in the front or where people can see. No bike stickers or anything on cars or trailer. I don't tell anyone I ride bikes.

Re: Transporting your bike?
Tie the front wheel into the corner. Tie the back wheel to the side of the trailer. Now that both wheels won't bounce around tie the handlebars to the sides where the ties won't slide along. Don't need to compress the forks at all. Bike will sway around but not fall over.

Re: Road reg trials bikes
Half-heartedly looked into it a while back mainly because I can go out my driveway into state forest. Can't remember much other than I considered doing the dodgy with a crf compliance plate. Best bet is probably hit up Briggs & Davidson forums as I'd imagine they have more people getting custom ...
