What rear shocks did you go with Phil? What springs for what weight rider (bit personal)?

Thanks for that. I have ordered an Amal slow action throttle and cable to suit the TLR. Ordered a new needle and seat as per Andy's info and have a 9T sprocket and cir-clip coming.New front brake cable and one of Andy's TLR bashplates. Waiting for it all to arrive for a big changeover day.

Had some spare time this afternoon so got stuck in to some new bar risers.The plan was to go straight up rather than up and towards the rider.Moving them forward a little is no problem with my height.

My TLR 200 seems to have the wrong kickstarter fitted . Doesn't fit all the way on the spline and won't close to the detent without hitting the exhaust. Anyone lucky enough to have both (200 + 250)on their shed who could have a look at both models? Not the end of the world but details matter.Rattles ...

Who is best to deal with regarding spare parts from Honda? The locals are having trouble so if anyone has good reports from dealing with overseas suppliers some names would be appreciated.

Thanks guys that is a great start. I will chip away at a few pieces and see where I end up.
It is amazing how hard it is to "go slow" again with any accuracy.At this stage my plan is to have a ride each afternoon to regain some fitness and control and then have a beer.
