Well here it is…. Finished…. Although I am still waiting on replacement shocks from the UK as the ones they sent me earlier are self destructing after only two rides! I have replaced, selector drum, gears, crank bearings, engine seals, spark plug, condenser, points, bash plate, fork seals, wheel ...

Hey Greg,

ha ha.... yes your B/plate is very happy and will be happier when it's bolted the underside of my bike when it's finally going. I have contacted the owner a number of times but no response so I've given up there, however I did get in touch with Don from Wauchope and he had a set of gears ...

You are right Tee-why, in my case it got worse, a whole lot worse. I finally got the crank case open and yep the gears are stuffed, the drum selector is stuffed, a selector fork is stuffed, and there are even missing shims, dowel pins, locking washers and a totally mangled crank retaining nut that ...

Wow.... what a great job on these bikes. I just baught a TY175 and intend to get into trials and found the info and site a fantastic resource. Hope to contribute more after I read all the fantastic info here.
