Hi
Just looked in the manual. Above 5 Deg C Showa SS05 Below 5 Deg C Belray #5 or PB #10 But the weight of the oil really depends on your weight and how quick you want the forks to work.

right leg 407ml
left leg 391ml

High tensile brass? catchy I think this is what used to be called "gun metal". It is used in marine apllications were currosion is a problem and is just a diffrent mix of alloys than your every day brass just harder. Hi all
well I had a lot of problems with engine knock with my 2002 montesa and looked right into fuel, plugs, timeing ,jets etc .
Ok the run down on fuel Shell optimax is great stuff for your car but keep it away from your bike there are so many additives in it which makes it to "Thick"for better ...
