Buy one lanyard kill switch Mike ! Then find a good electrician and and have the rest of your bikes rigged with a plug in connector so you can just swap the kill switch to each bike !!
And were would i find a good electrician spend all my time getting the paint off the bike frame,forks etc, never ...

That $250 for 5 lanyards to fit to my bikes and before that it was shark fins so what will they come up with next in the name of safety to cost us more money

Hi
I use a slow to med metal throttle body on my TLR250 but i have a flat slide carb fitted to mine and it works good as you have slow at low revs and a bit quicker response when you open the throttle and never had engine hesitation
