Hi Ron,
I have bought lots of new genuine Honda parts from http://www.partzilla.com/ over several different shipments (including 3 kickstarts) , and have been very reliable.
Try their parts listing for 1986 TLR 200 and remember the American TLR is slightly different from the Aussie version (smaller forks etc)
Cheers Langy

Re: Honda TLR200 CLUTCH PLATES
Hi Ron,
As per Sharvie, get a set of Barnett Kevlar plates (same as XR200) and use a good quality mineral oil 10w 40
Yes the TLR200 and TLR250 use the same plates and clutch.
cheers, Brian

Hi Ron, they were a bit slow to respond to me too, but they will. Quality ok, don't forget the frame protectors!

Re: TLR 250 Peg mounts
Hi Gary,
The Honda TLR frame at the foot peg mount consists of thin sheet metal (hollow between) and the peg mount joins and reinforces the sheet on both sides and will need to be kept. Cut/grind off the peg mounts flush with the outside of frame and throw away along with pegs. Now weld what is left ...

Re: Beta Rev 80 Front wheel offset
Hi Gasgasman,
just an idea, if its the front wheel, hopefully it will be equal distance between the fork legs.
You could true your front wheel in the forks and measure with a vernier.
Cheers, Brian

Re: TLR 250 throttles
Hi Eagle,
As per Sharvie's comments, I wouldn't want a faster throttle with the standard setup, just more likely to have it flame out, that may be different with a non standard carby.
Cheers

Re: TLR250 Steering head bearings
Hi Gary,
Yes they are the same (although I am not sure about the American TLR200 Reflex)I got the Pyramid parts SKU-BR40 ,TLR200 bearing kit from Ebay and they work fine ( except for the bottom seal that is just too big, so I left it out. This moves the bottom triple clamp a couple of mm closer to ...

Re: TLR 250 spoke kits
Hi Steve,
I have sent some samples to Central Wheel Components in the UK for the TLR250F front and rear, I got them back but not fitted them yet till the end of the season but they are butted with chrome plated nipples and look the same dimensions and are a nice finish.
Cheers, Brian

Re: TLR Kickstarter - Footpeg Clearance
I've got a couple of TLRs with modern pegs but I have moved the frame mounting point down and back for better handling as per- http://www.classictrial.co.uk/tlrfootrests.html
and this also solved the kick lever problem. I know its a big hassle but it is worth it. Cheers

Re: Show us a picture of your Twinshock
Here's my newly completed TLR250, I tried taking it inside the house but my wife says it has to sleep in the shed! Outrageous!
