Gearbox oil Sherco ST 250
New to trials, 2012 Sherco ST 250 (2T) I was advised to use GRO (Global Racing Oil) Gear Extreme 75W but not easy to get where I live. I run Castrol Active 4T 15W50 in my KTM 300 EXC gearbox be ideal if I could run the same. What are people here using? Cheers

Re: Tyre Problem
Fixes in order of expense and stupidity
1 Get some green gloop and shove some in there. Works but makes the next tyre swap messy.
2. Shove a hd tube in there (been there done that )
3 buy a new tyre
4 buy a new bike....we know ur a rich real estate agent Kipo

Re: Tyre Problem
How have you taken the tyre on & off the rim?
With levers or using a tyre machine in a bike shop?
You can, with enough force put a kink in the bead wires & that will give air a place to leak from.
Also if a bike shop has fitted it using a machine you can cut the bead lip on the tyre with the ...

Re: Tyre Problem
to test for a specific leak site on rim or bead edge, mark the leak site then move the tyre around a bit on the rim, reseat it and this will tell if it is happening at a site on the tyre or a site the rim.
If the problem is that it slips off the rim when the pressure goes down, the problem isn't a ...

Re: Tyre Problem
Mine isn't the internal rubber band sealing type. The spokes attach to an external lip. Checked the valve stem and valve. each time I put it back together I submerse in water and can see the leak between the bead. It should be able to run tubeless at low pressure as it was designed to do.

Re: Tyre Problem
Yeah, might be, but I put 80 plus psi and it went bang twice and on visual inspection it appears to be seated all the way round.

Tyre Problem
Hi all, I'm having a problem with my rear tyre. Despite taking it off numerous times, cleaning the rim and tyre I can't get it to seal around the bead. It pops onto the bead ok and doesn't leak when there is plenty of pressure but as soon as you let it down below 10 psi it leaks around the bead ...

Beta Racing - Excellent Service
I recently bought a 97 Techno. I had no luck finding any service specs on the net so I emailed Beta Racing. I've never dealt with them and they don't know me from a bar of soap but David there was kind enough to send me a photo copy of the tech data. I offered to pay but he said don't worry about it ...
