I hope the RL riders out there are having fun.
The guard moulds are available for I don't need them any more.
I have some more parts for sale in Facebook marketplace and gumtree.

by the way. I know a fella online who is fixing up two RLs, one for himself and one for his old man so they can ride together. If you have and parts to sell then I can put you in touch. I know they are looking for some tanks.

There was a beautiful RL 250 at the weekend's twin shock masters trial just gone by here in Qld. The guy bought it when he was 16 { a while ago} and has restored her to an absolute gem. Can't remember his name and no photo's sorry but there will be some around on FB worth a look

Westy - you should join up with the RL250 Exacta Owners Facebook page that I admin - I'm sure someone on there would be interested as we have over 200 members around the world and growing.

Finally1 nice RL! Unfortunately the magneto cover is one of the hardest parts to find, but as above head over to the RL250 Exacta Owners Facebook page if you're on there as there's plenty of good info and occasionally parts that come up for sale.

Thanks, the bike looks much better in pic than in life, it's been really hammered. Yes finding it harder than expected to find a cover seeing as there were so many TS bikes around. Have posted in your great Facebook group, found great info from some members. Just spent a kidney at Beamish owners in UK for parts, but just happy to be able to get them.

I bought one of those magneto covers off US ebay a year or so ago. They do pop up now and then. There are people wrecking RLs over there

relax, nothing is under control

Yes I have no doubt that one will eventually turn up ......sometime. I keep a watch on ebay. Not that savvy with ebay stuff, do I need to specifically go to ebay usa or does my ebay Australia still find stuff worldwide ?

If you scroll down on eBay you can select "worldwide" for the search and the american stuff should show up. Good to know you've jumped on the fb group and found the Beamish Owners club - they have a lot of stuff.

I'm trying to make friends with a 3D printing expert to see if some of this stuff can be made.

Matrix Motorsport used to make a magneto cover, I think it's still listed on his site but he's been missing in action for years now.
