Monty Mechanic Needed

Postby BJ » Thu Oct 26, 2017 2:48 pm

Hi All,

Long time no see, been a bit busy over the last decade!!!

looking for someone not too far from Geelong to pull down the wife's 83 348 trail and do new main bearings (buy the whirring sound with clutch in or out I think that's the problem). Bike has done less than 2000km from new and won't need any top end work as was only ridden by a little old lady once or twice a year (She wasn't so old when we bought it new!!!)

If anyone can help out please get in touch, and NO its not for sale. We still have full rego on it and she wants her bike to ride again.

Can also have bike at Mt Gambier if anyone knows someone there.

If you haven't found anyone yet, you might try Tim Loone (Classic Wheels & Spokes) at Inverleigh? He's a Montesa man amongst other things, so if he's too busy, he may be able to point you in the right direction.

Still remembering when.....
