Hi all,
I have bought an Oset 16r for the little guy and was chasing options to upgrade the battery to the lithium option, especially given the weight savings that can be made.
I know that there is a pack that can be purchased and plugged in from the dealer but was chasing other options as well.
Looking at creative ways people have done this, i know for example that someone used Makita compatible batteries, which to me sounds great as the weight saving would be amazing.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Oset Battery upgrade
I'm currently looking at these options.
10AH 12V LiFePO4 Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery 3000+Deep Cycle battery + a charger
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/20330909624 ... 3683507769
or
Century PS12-100
Both battery's are the same size and just need to be wired in series. I have no idea about the performance and life of the lithium battery.
What options did you come up with?
