Wear n Tear

Help

I'm now riding 3+hrs a day every day since I got the 2000 sherco. The problem I have is the mongrel is eating my left boot with the chain. what should I do????

Spread my legs wider, buy new boots, wait 'til my ankle hurts and then worry about it?

Ankle hurts

Post by BJ »

Thanks for all the help!!!

After the outer layer of the boot vanished I took desperate measures!!!

I now have an aluminium plate screwed to the swing arm to protect me before the chain draws blood. Is it fear  that has locked my ankles to anything they can grip or is it just my over determination :? to hop the back wheel that is causing all the damage???

Looking for new boots

Problem Fixed

Post by BJ »

Take the chain off????

PA didn't you see me at Anakie swapping the back wheel after tearing the spocket off two days before the Vic Titles?

I fixed the prob by screwing a piece of aluminium to the swing arm. All I need now is a Beta and I can wear through the other boot!

Sorry Bruce but the Beta will not wear through your other boot.

PA

I know a Beta won't wear thru my boot, cause the kickstarter is on the wrong side so I can't get one to start!
When are they coming out with with the gear lever on the other side too???? :?: :?:

Then we can just ride sitting on the bike backwards!!!! :P
And they don't come in blue

Hehehehe
