Online registration for trials events

I saw this and wondered why does not the trials community have some thing like this.

Online registration is open – please register before 7:00pm Friday Night!

If you wish to enter the race please enter the following details and then press submit.

Once completed we enter you in the race and allocate a number.

On the race day go straight to the pre registrations area show your MTBA License, pay your money and pick up your number.

Why Can't we pay for the entries into the open trials events by online banking/direct debit/transfer. Canberra club did it.

It is a hassle going up to the bank and standing in line to get a cheque and it costs more money.

Would it not be easier on the event organizer too.

Just my thoughts .I know the event organizers work hard maybe this might make things easier.
