My 99 sherco once hot is leaking coolant from the over flow pipe on the filler cap, the fan is working fine & there is no coolant in the gearbox oil. I presume you fill the rad to the top as per normal

If you fill the radiator to the top of the neck when cold, you will get expansion of the water, when hot.That will blow the radiator cap and purge water till it`s at a level, where it`s still full when hot, but usually 20 mm down when cold. Is the bike blowing water out all the time when hot ? Or just an initial bit then stops.
