World trials
I have been watching dvd's of world championship trials over the last few days and was wondering if an attempt has ever been made by anyone to try and get a world round held over here

How much stuff ups were there when the Australian Rally Commission first tried to get the WRC here. I dont think it will ever eventuate despite some great showing by overseas competitors in recent years. Remember also that we are a very small Trials community compared to the European or US fraternity.
Dont get me wrong, I would like to see a round out here, wherever it may land.
