I did mean the design!

The southern cross doesn't fit in very well with the rest of the graphic. My suggestion would be to change the T back to the same font as the rest of the logo, and maybe use a larger southern cross in your background so that doesnt impact on the logo.
The thirds framing for the 'Australia' logo looks great.

I just happen to like vibrant and lurid colours.........one look at my helmets will affirm that one (no taste in other words!)
