Sherco Info
Looking at buying a 2000 Sherco 290, are there any inherant problems with this model that I should look for and what is a reasonable price to pay?

Surprisingly enough bikes around that 2000-2003 range have crept back up a little in price due to the lack of availability! I'd prob say you'd be paying anywhere from $2700-$3500 depending on its condition. If you paid about $3000 you should be pretty happy with the buy.
As far as I know not too many problems with models around that year, but I could be wrong, so hopefully someone can point out any they know of... The sherco's are supposed to be one of the most reliable out of the bunch, and I've found that with my 2002 290.
