TY175 Reart Guard

Post by Warren »

Hi All
I picked up a Parts book for my TY175 the other day & noticed that it showed a bracket for the rear guard that sit's under the guard itself. Question is do I need it?

Cheers

That bracket is to hold the weight of the tail-light. There are two bracket types. The type for the TY175JC is a massive affair to suit the nutcruncher tail-light they came with and the TY175B and C came with a much smaller, lighter bracket.
Unless you are going to use a tail light they are not needed or recommended.
relax, nothing is under control
