Interesting news starting to circulate in the UK that the FIM are meeting to decide on a no stop world outdoor championship in 2010. A lot of guys and manufacturers are for it after being bored to tears watching the experts ponce around balancing for 5 minutes before they move. They reckon it will promote sales of new bikes and create new interest in the sport, they will call it "Dynamic Mototrials. They should stick to watching T/shock and Classic events to see what no stop trials is all about.
If they vote to go that way I wonder how long it will take to filter down the track, it will have a "dynamic" affect on coaching, observing , section setting and riding,,,,, wow, things might get us all talking the same language again

Stu,
The RL goes. Haven't you seen my death defying stunts I have placed on Youtube in the last month? (search for RL250 muttywesty). I'm keen on a two day trial. I'll have to check with my gf for when we are going overseas (we haven't booked yet). I am only 28 so I hope that the others won't outcast me because I don't have after market hips.
Is it time to ride yet?

Hi Gristy,

I think Denman would be a smiliar travelling distance as South East Queensland for me, where all of my favourite trials are 2 day events. Hopefully camping and bonfire sounds excellent to me! However, wouldn't be able to do it if it clashes with Queensland Titles on June long weekend, keen to go one better next year!

Greg I've heard that the Denman MCC (Twinshock-only) trial in November 2009 will have camping on-site and will be a cracker too, and it clashes with Conondale - arrrrrrrgh..

This year the Bucca state round was to be held on the June long weekend (thats why we had to have a prac days) will that be the same again in 2010?Will we be trying for an open instead? I don't want to be a stick- in- the -mud just don't want people getting too excited. Has anyone heard anything round the traps as to when and how many opens next year?
