Queensland Moto-Trials Training & Development Camp

Post by rockhopper »

The Queensland Moto-trials sub committee has released details regarding the 2010 Queensland Moto-Trials Training and Development Camp; it is an initiative of the Queensland Moto-Trials subcommittee in conjunction with Motorcycling Queensland (MQ).

This live-in style camp is set up to provide opportunities for our up and coming Moto-Trials riders aged up to 21 years old, with exposure to programs and information which it is hoped will assist them in fulfilling their potential.

This Camp is an opportunity to recognise and nurture Queensland’s young Moto-Trials riders.

This inaugural Camp will be held at the Lake Perseverance Active Recreation Centre, Crows Nest and Chris Williams’ property, Esk

The 4-day Camp will focus on both “on-the- bike training”, as well as “off-the-bike information”. ‘Off the bike’ training will involve providing information on Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Strength & Conditioning, individual Athlete Assessments, developing & maintaining Training Programs, Media and Communication skills, and much more. ‘On the bike’ will focus on skill and technique improvement.

The Queensland Trials Sub Committee is seeking expressions of interest from individuals interested in filling the position of ‘Female Chaperone’. The main purpose of the position is to ensure that all female attendee’s needs are catered for throughout the duration of the Camp. If you believe you can fill this rewarding roll please register your expression of interest

Any Queensland registered Moto-trials rider (under 21) interested in nominating is asked to complete the official Nomination Form by close of business Friday 4th December 2009

Please contact me with your contact details for the nomination forms or go to motorcycling queensland website to download

Hi all,
Below are the links to the forms, i posted them all if one doesnt work, the first one is to MQ, the second is the press release and the third is the form in pdf, hope that helps. If you have financial problems in regards the entry please contact me and i will see what the sub committee can do to help. All will be handed in confidence.

The email address on the press release is wrong, its should be proartracing.com.au not proarttraining
cheers Lyndon
