I was changing the fork oil in the Gasser the other day and it occurred to me I've never fiddled with the settings on the forks, specifically the little dial on top of each fork leg.
So after I'd unseized them

I had a play with various settings in my backyard. I *think* it made it made it more springy, ie. I assume less compression damping or something.
But anyway, I'm no expert and I'm admitting my limits on suspension knowledge.
Anyone know what they should be set on? Obviously a heap of factors come into play here...
- Bike is a 2000 GG 280, with a red dial and black dial (marked E & C from memory).
- C/B grade standard of sections
- my weight, 67kg.
