Rocky Trials Club Inc Trial 17th October

The RTC Inc trial at Waterson's property near Calliope, Central Queensland is still on tomorrow Sunday 17th October.
Last night there was some very heavy rain in the area hence this message. This morning there was much less water in the creek than last time we ran a trial there.
The sections were set this morning with five Junior/Novice sections in the lower section of the creek near the car park.
Nine upper grade sections have been set upstream of the car park, including three sections set a long way up the Northern side-gully (above where we have been before). Two of the upper grade sections have water splashes.
Conditions were wonderful this morning with a cool dry SW breeze keeping the mozzies away and the temperature at about 21 degrees.
