Hi
I'm in the process of emigrating from the south east of England to be in South Australia. We'll be settling somewhere on the outskirts of Adelaide I guess.
I need your help though. Here in the UK I have the choice of 5 or 6 trials clubs. I can ride in competition 3 out of 4 weekends a month. Sometimes we arrange club practise days where we ride for fun only. Sometimes there's camping weekends too where all the family can join in.
How often do you guys get to ride?
Insurance (public liability) is included in the club membership fee. Is it the same there?
Are there plenty of places to practise near Adelaide?
What's Sherco's presence like there?
Hope you can give me some info to help the move!!!!!
Paul.

Paul,
If you are lucky enough to be here in October next year, the Australian Trials Titles are held in South Australia. We will be making the travel from NSW to compete, hope to see you there!

Thanks for the Sherco contact. I might have to drop him an email.
Stu....We've only just started the process so unless the immigration authorities fast track me, I guess we won't get an answer until about this time next year.
However, if they did somehow process me by then, I'll see you there. Riding or not!!!!!

Re: UK Trials rider
There are four clubs that run Trials in South Australia. The AJS Moto Trial Club, Gawler MCC, Keyneton MCC and Juventus MCC. The AJS is purely focused on Trials and as such organize the most events during the year. If you join any of the clubs you can ride at all events. The calendar is being finalized for 2011 at the moment and will soon be available.
Good luck with your move to sunny South Australia.
