Both fork tubes or just one?
Leaking around seal seat or past lips?
Seal staying in place or moving?
Damage to surface of tubes?
Unusual type of fork oil?
Too much fork oil?
How much riding is 1/4 of a year?
Is it a TY250Z?
Are they standard forks?
relax, nothing is under control

Hi David,
Sorry about the late reply, been a fair few thing happening in the last month.
Yes both fork seals, not both at the same time tho
yes around the seal itself
yes the seals are in place
no the tubes are fine
running a 5 weight oil
amount to spec as per manual
less than once a month use
yes its a tyz
yes there standard.
i hope this will do!
Shawn.

Shawn - the genuine fork seals you tried. What did they have written on them and what was written on the aftermarket seals you tried?

Shawn, the quick easy solution is to remove the small springs out of the fork seal and reduce the length of them by 3 mm's, then replace back in fork seal. It is a bit tricky to find the joint in the spring. Cut the female side of the joiner. Hope this helps.

David, i'm not sure, if you mean size numbers, the first few times it was just ask over the counter, quoted make and model they pulled them off the shelf for him.
