Yes we have tried dealers here in Aus. but they wern't sold here. Hence the numbers don't match with any thing here. Also on most sites the part is now unavailable.

Slightly bigger valve from the XR200 will fit, but you will need to get the seat cut to accept the bigger valve. This will improve throttle response a bit and is something thats worth doing on the TLR.

If its still running id get a second hand XR/ XL/CRF/CTX farm bike [200 or 230cc] do a 
swappie and sell the dud bike, I dont think gearing will be aproblem.CRF 150 also.
