Just checked the barn and found a well worn 14 T 428 pitch for the RL. No 11 T. Can't imagine what shipping from here in the states would be.
I had a lot of streching with the 428H and a friend broke one on his TY250 thus my reason for the switch. The 520 is working well.
Don't know about your E-bay find. Isn't the KX a Kawasaki? I wonder about spline match up. You might check "denniskirk.com" here in the states, I buy a lot of stuff from them and they ship same day. Again shipping cost could be too high.

You can check the spline dimensions, centre width and chain size of front sprockets on the JT sprockets website for yourself to see what fits what else.
No they don't have RL250 front sprocket spline dimensions listed, but you can measure up an RL sprocket or gearbox shaft and find sprockets they list that will fit
