MTCQ’s TY Challenge – “Pick the Part” Photo Competition

WIN A “TY CHALLENGE” T-SHIRT

That’s right, in yet another blatant piece of self promotion in the lead up to the 2012 MTCQ “TY Challenge” Moto-Trial,
we are offering the opportunity to win one of these rare and collectable pieces of “TY” memorabilia for some lucky enthusiasts to add to their shed.

1st Prize; 1x 2012 “TY Challenge” T-shirt in your size. (Freepost in Aust)
2nd Prize; 1x 2011 “TY Challenge” T-shirt (Limited sizes) (Freepost in Aust)
3rd Prize; 1x 2010 “TY Challenge” T-shirt (Limited sizes) (Freepost in Aust)

All you have to do is correctly identify the series of photos below and post your answers in a reply to this forum thread.

The Rules:
1/ Correctly identify the TY model, series and/or component for each photo.
2/ Closest correct entries win . (The more specs the better)
3/ Contest closes Friday 20th July 8pm.
4/ Winners will be announced Sat July 21st.
5/ The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6/ Refer to rule number 5.

I'd rather be a D grade participant than an A grade spectator....

Great fun idea Don. A few curly ones there - will take a while to check them out. Reinald you have jumped to conclusions a bit there. Have a good look at Darcy's Yamaha during the week and you might want to revise your entry

Yep they were all HAGs [Hairy a$%ed guesses] I pretty confident about the last one tho'.
I'd rather be a D grade participant than an A grade spectator....

Hi Don, now that the line is a bit clearer, i reckon:

1 TY80 B fuel tank
2 TY80 B exhaust heat shield and tank
3 TY250 air cooled mono fork tube and dust seal
4 TY250B RH side of motor
5 TY175 B or C RH side of motor
6 TY250 air cooled mono front hub with Z spokes (not the pinky)
7 TY175 B or C RH side of motor and exhaust
8 IRC rear trials tyre on TY250 air cooled mono
9 TY250B oil pump cable area on RH side of motor
10 Fantic 240 rear brake and sprocket
