I know the feeling! It's been about 2 years now since I was riding and I'll be getting myself a new bike in the next couple of months... Can't ever stay away for too long!
I'm back in too! I rode a little bit of junior in the 90's and after a 13 year gap i'm giving it a go again. I've always thought about it since i gave it up all those years ago and i'm glad i'm riding again. I've been riding for about 8 weeks now and SLOWLY getting better!
hi guys .i,m new to this forum.and have the bug to get a trials bike .i have a husq te449 and am thinking of selling it and buying a( sherco, beta, gas gas ))most prob a 200cc.have been riding since young kid,and turning 40 next year and having two girls ,was thinking of a change of pace.the big question is ,should i do it and buy my first trials bike.any advice appreciated cheers shan
My advice to Shan74 would be to go for a 250 rather than a 200. There's nothing wrong with a 200 but if you are the average 40 year old and used to more powerful bikes you'd be better off with the bigger motor because after a while you will be wondering if you could have made that big hill tight turn etc etc.
I've been in the same situation myself and I did get the 200 but always wished afterwards that I'd gone for a 250. I'm too old to bother now and play around with Classics instead,,,, now there's another thought for you Cheers
