origional color does it matter
Hi all. Ok got this old ty 250b stripped down and about to prep for painting.my question is does it matter color I paint it? As in does it devalue the bike upon resale?

Unless it is a very attractive custom paint job, yes painting bikes different to original generally means they will be worth less if you sell.
Also consider that a bike with original paintwork may be worth less than one that has been less than perfectly repainted. I would pay lots more for an original (cosmetically unrestored) bike than one that has been repainted, unless the repaint is museum standard.

Hmmm that makes it difficult. My tank has some dings in them and the yellow part of the seat plastic is pretty scuffed up. ... what to do lol

its easy to repaint the seat surround and make it look like the original
