TY175 forks needed

Post by PaulN »

Hi all, looking for non-rusted front fork tubes for a TY175. Also need a chain guard. Happy to buy parts bike as necessary. I have also read that the front forks from a Yamaha DT100 and DT125 of the same vintage are the same....can anyone confirm this? Location Sydney/Newcastle area. Thanks!

Paul,

I have a pair you are welcome to - quick, before they contaminate the Italian and Spanish bikes in the shed. The last thing you want is mid 70s to mid 80s European trials bikes starting to think that they have a right to reliability.

Franco and Mussolini had the right idea!

I will get them out and see if they are rusted, who knows what they are like after a year!

I am in Sydney. Call me on 0419 848 348 to discuss.

Joe.
