Love Lock Bridge, as it's called, Paris

I took this Video last year in Paris.
I notice that in Sydney they cut them off the Harbor bridge as soon as they show up.
At first I thought it was kind of neat (Romantic) sort of thing but I guess it's really kind of stupid. What are your thoughts.
