When you open a "reply" window or a "new topic" window, below the area where you type words into is a tab that says "Attachments".
Click on that tab and it should invite you to upload a photo (or some other sort of attachment) from somewhere on your computor.

Anyone know how to get this back together :(
Having problems attaching the image.
It is the rubber bush type pivot for the rear swing arm.

Dropped my fork legs off at Alderton's today for straightening, should have them back next week.

Does anyone know where I can get a new rear shock absorber shaft. One of mine is bent and the chrome has worn through, or are these throw away items.

The world is your oyster, Phil. Many different brands out there,you could possibly start with Paul from the hell team who I'm pretty sure has RockShocks, but many others out there such as ozo, betor, falcon, magicals etc. I use magicals from spain on my Fantic which some say are just glorified Betors which many consider as being shite, but they work fine for me.
One thing you must consider is the fact that the original Telesco or Betor was a very slender shock that sat with its body at the bottom which cleared the chain or chainguard, a new modern day shockie will almost certainly have a greater diameter and its body will be at the top meaning that the spring could foul on the chain, some of these modern day shocks can be fitted either way round but not all and they are not cheap. A bit of research required on your behalf I'm afraid.

Looks like that shock may be able to be pulled apart if you want to keep the shocks to use as a full restoration that isn't used in competition, new shafts aren't the hardest thing to turn up from hydraulic ram shaft of the correct size
New shocks are really your best option if you plan on using it
