I have found him very helpful at reproducing old Bultaco/Montesa decals at dimensions I have requested.

I just heard from a friend who doesn't post on forums that he has had great success with having custom bike graphics (TY Yamaha stickers) made by M and D Autoline, in Brisbane 0412721565

The decals are excellent, font is as original, very good adhesion, easy to apply, nice thin vinyl that's smooth with 2k clearcoat over the top.
A closeup pic would show they're as good as you'd get I reckon.
