Hi from QLD Dr Peter. Our club (WDTC) has run a few Gate Trials now and they are a lot of fun and they are completely different to a normal trial. We run them with a possible 11 points in every section so we can use a normal score card which if you add up the 0,1,2,3 and 5 adds up to 11. We are hoping to have one as a club day next year. So many possible lines. Setting sections and observing the same would be very interesting. They look like great fun.
