Split cases - 96 Beta Techno 250

Post by Tee-Why »

I will be pulling down my engine shortly. I welcome any advice before I attemp this. The reasons are I spring the cases, and now have an oil leak for the gearbox, and a main bearing noise, picked up by an experienced member in the club.
I would like a run down on parts needed/recomended, and any tips with tricks on disassembly.
TIA - Thanks in advance to all replies.
I would rather push my twinshock than ride a modern!

This job has been and gone months ago. It goes well now with new main bearings and seals. :D
Jetting has been played with since and still fine tuning.
I will a later date post a thread to my web page for some pics and tips, when I get a chance to setup it up properly.
