Trials techniques

Post by Stu »

Would anyone be able to put out a DVD on the tricks or techniques that are used in trials today? If the MX people can do it, can we do it? I guess it could include the basics as well as some of the best tricks out there. Also include the different styles needed for the older trials bikes as well the new. 8)

Ryan Young made a video called trials training techniques and cross training tools. It goes from the most basic things you can think of through to techniques that Agraders have trouble with. It even shows how to make practice sections etc. Good video :D if you look on Ryan Youngs site he probably has it on there.

Practice your technique indoors

For those who are too lazy to go out and start the bike up to practice. . . go to the Scottish Six Day Trial website and practice your trials technique in a videogame!!
