you can do it with a program called SUPER

although i can't stand it. once it has been converted to FLV, you've lost so much quality that it is almost unbearable to watch it again. it's like faxing a photocopy!

I use Firefox as a browser, not a fan of IE6, but have IE7 now that has copied features of Firefox. Anyway, would you know where the Temp Internet Files are in Firefox? Have tried looking but help files - no help!

I know this isn't trials talk, but computer stuff. But I look at it this way - Computer stuff allows me to download amazing trials movie clips and chat with other trials riders . . .
Anyway - recently upgraded to Internet Explorer version 7 and now there is no Temp Internet Files Folder. . . anybody know where they are hidden now??
