I can see the writing on the charge sheet now...
"In the high street of Double bay, the rider was attempting to cat jump from the roof of a parked Mercedes to an empty skip located outside the front of the Estee Lauder Fashion shop".
"When the rider was questioned about the incident, he said he had been looking for a pasrking spot for half an hour and also had seen nothing in the RTA handbook about cat jumps being illegal". He also stated "That the Mercedes had a slippery roof, but the new tyres helped out a bit".
