Great news that Mitch scored a ride!

Good luck to all the Aussies... here's hoping no injuries and everyone finishes.

monday results

Post by jamie »

some nice riding by the aussie lads. looking at the scores for the top riders seems to have been a hard first day.

monday results:

http://www.ssdt.org/sitebody/modules/Up ... 202007.pdf

adrian harry 60th on 48pts, mitch willcocks 77th on 55pts, boyd willcocks 79th on 56pts, grant morris 97th on 60pts.

close run thing for top aussie!!

gary grealy is in 238th!! losing 30 places with time penalties.

mitch coffey missed a group on the first day and will be VERY disappointed with the 100 points plus 28 minute time penalty. would have had 73 otherwise.

heads up boys, its only monday. five days and 500 miles to go!!

Congratulations to all who competed in this years event.
I'm looking forward to hearing a ride report from one or more of you.
Was it wet? Was it cold? Did you ever believe that you could hurt that much and still keep riding? Can you really keep up with cars on a trials bike? Will you do it again????

My personal recollection of it from 2003 was yes, yes, no, yes, NO, but maybe I had a bad year.

Congratulations again, you are the iron men of our sport.
