Front fork and shock set up!!!!!!!!!!

Post by car.davies »

I'm curious as to the correct set up for my suspension. I'm not really worried about weight and hieght concerns, more what response I will get from the set up. I am just getting the hang of bouncing the rear end of my bike in tight turns and am starting to get the same from the front. However, I feel certain that if I had a bit more return, ie, bounce, it would help me along. I've tried with the set up cranked up to both extremes but can't seem to get it right. I'm therefore not fully sure just what "rebound & damping" is about or doing. I'm sure it's not damping I'm after. Could anybody educate me on the finer points of an ideal set up that will give me a good rebound, bounce or springy thing on the set up of both ends.
Cheers
