I'm been told by Gary Boniface that this might be a reality in 2017 with the NSW Troy Series, but it would be great if it could be extended to all clubs and rounds through the "NTRA".
jml, I agree 100% But these kind of improvements start with a bunch of us selling initiatives within our own clubs. When I raced Lasers (sailing dinghies) in the 1990s, everyone did their turn as an event official and was awarded their average points for that round in the Club Championship. It wasn't a new idea then either.

Yep, similar concept for Bicycle Racing on the roads. Everyone had to participate in being a traffic controller in order to allow the event to run. I'm sure if events started getting canned because of lack of volunteers people would organize themselves quickly.
